The choice of cake is as follows:

Rich Fruit, Light Fruit, Tropical Fruit - all covered with quality marzipan and fondant icing.

Carrot Cake - cream cheese filling with fondant icing

Chocolate sponge - filled with chocolate ganache and covered in fondant icing (plain or chocolate flavoured), or chocolate pencils or curls

Vanilla sponge - filled with raspberry jam and buttercream or flavoured buttercream of your choice and covered in fondant icing

A variety of different flavoured sponges is also available with a choice of buttercream filling and covered in fondant icing.

Wedding cake tiers can be a mixture of the above, the choice is yours.
